I2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is currently recruiting for a UK-based Business Development Executive on a permanent basis. You will join a small team supporting our global business, with your role being key to achieving our new business targets.


Development Opportunity

Develop your career in a dynamic and growing software company that contributes to the global fight against crime.


Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to support lead qualification and generation to help build our sales pipeline globally:

1. Campaign dialing to support and develop a new business pipeline in key territories.
2. Proactively using LinkedIn to identify and connect with key stakeholders in target accounts.
3. Maintaining and expanding your prospect list within your accounts.
4. Understanding prospect needs to accelerate conversion into leads and opportunities.
5. Providing feedback to marketing and product teams based on conversations.
6. Reporting lead status by channel and distribution.
7. Maintaining and enhancing contact data in Salesforce CRM.
8. Providing accurate forecasts as needed.

There will also be opportunities to work on special projects to test messaging strategies and support our direct sales channels.


Candidate Profile

We seek an enthusiastic self-starter who is articulate, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will:

1. Have experience in inside sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
2. Be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
3. Possess a positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
4. Be motivated to exceed sales targets.
5. Have a passion for learning and development.
6. Be flexible with working hours to support overseas colleagues.
7. Be a team player willing to go beyond expectations.
8. Be customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
9. Adapt positively to change.


Qualifications and Skills

* Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging at all levels globally.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Interest in technology and software.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM and lead management.
* Proficient in MS Office / SharePoint.
* Effective multitasking and time management skills.
* Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.


Desirable

* Experience in the public sector, especially in defense, security, or government sectors.
