Location: Rochdale

Salary : A GBP 27,000 : A GBP 37,000 per annum

The Role

The company are looking for three confident and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join a rapidly growing tech company at the forefront of security and surveillance innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your B2B sales career with full training, support and clear progression.

The client is a UK market leader in mobile surveillance and security solutions, recognised as one of the countrys fastest:growing tech firms. Backed by private equity, theyre expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally, driving innovation in AI, 5G and video technology. Theyve recently been recognised for excellence in growth, innovation and ESG performance, a testament to their commitment to investing in both their people and technology.

As a Business Development Executive, youll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying prospects, initiating conversations and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Youll play a key role in building pipelines and uncovering new business opportunities. Youll also benefit from the company Sales Academy Programme, a two week training experience that gives you the skills and confidence to succeed, plus ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout your career.

Package:

* A GBP 27,000 basic + A GBP 8K OTE
* Private equity:backed employer
* 25 days annual leave (increasing with service)

What youll do:

* Learn and understand their clients products and solutions
* Research and target potential customers across a range of industries
* Engage decision:makers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
* Generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings
* Build strong relationships through consultative conversations
* Collaborate with account managers to drive deals forward
