About the Roles Depending on your experience and preferences, your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils’ learning through the Welsh language Assisting teachers with engaging lesson delivery Leading classes as a Cover Supervisor or Teacher Providing tailored support to pupils with ALN/SEN Creating a positive, inclusive and Welsh-rich learning environment Working closely with teachers, support staff and school leadership We’re Looking For Individuals Who Are: Fluent Welsh speakers (spoken and written) Passionate about Welsh-medium education Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff Qualified Teachers (QTS), experienced support staff, or individuals seeking their first school-based role Requirements Teaching Personnel can support you in obtaining: EWC Registration Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Two recent references Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
