Job Title: Assistant Site Manager: New Build Housing (Timber Frame)
Location: Nuneaton
Project Size: Large development — 1000+ homes being delivered to the area; circa 470 by my client. This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to secure a long-term position with a leading housebuilder.
Responsibilities
* Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations.
* Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
* Monitor health and safety on site and ensure compliance at all times.
* Assist with snagging, inspections, and site handovers.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build housing.
* Knowledge of timber frame construction preferred.
* Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS certifications.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ambitious, proactive, and looking to progress within a large housing scheme.
