Duties of the Role: Work with teachers to make lessons fun. Guide students with their schoolwork, feelings, and friendships. Give extra learning time to students who need it. Make the classroom a good place for everyone. Keep the classroom tidy and encourage good behaviour. Listen to students and help them feel understood. Who We Are Looking For: Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with SEN experience is desirable. A strong desire to support students' learning is essential. Good communication skills are needed for working with teachers and students A recent CV ( covering the last 10 years ) and a valid enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one are required.)
