Saltrock is a 30‑year‑old British coastal lifestyle brand based in Eastbourne, England. We’re looking for a Sales Advisor on an 8‑hour contract to join our retail team and deliver an excellent in‑store experience for our guests.
Role
* Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care
* Ensuring customers have a positive experience and an inviting, welcoming atmosphere in the store
* Maintaining high housekeeping standards for a healthy and safe environment
* Informing customers about product features, benefits, and stock availability
* Implementing markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
* Keeping product tidy, presentable, and replenishing stock as needed
* Supporting merchandising activities in line with store guidelines
* Processing deliveries
* Keyholder responsibilities

* Competency with till operations and cash/card handling
* Retail experience is desirable but not essential

* Above statutory holiday – 33 days per year (incl. bank holidays); after 5 years an extra 2 days; all holiday is pro‑rata for part‑time members of family
