Overview
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Executive to support a growing healthcare group in expanding its digital presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, enjoys being on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and schedule content for multiple Instagram accounts
2. Create, post, and manage content across TikTok and Facebook
3. Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
4. Appear in video content across several accounts
5. Capture and create content across various sites in the Surrey area
6. Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across social media channels and website
7. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
8. Monitor analytics to optimise engagement and performance
9. Collaborate with on-site teams to showcase services, offers, and customer journeys
Requirements
10. Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts
11. Strong understanding of short-form video trends and digital marketing techniques
12. Confident appearing on camera
13. Experience with interviewing, podcast-style content, or similar formats
14. Skilled in filming and editing content
15. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
16. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required across Surrey locations)
17. Experience in healthcare-related content is beneficial but not essential
