Kitchen Team Leader – Birmingham South (Rubery) Premier Inn Hotel
Join our team at Premier Inn Birmingham South (Rubery) as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career.
You will manage the kitchen daily – overseeing rotas, food orders, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit readiness. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene standards. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for those aspiring to become Head Chefs.

PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
25 hours per week – guaranteed hours to help plan your week ahead

What you’ll do:
* Take the next step in your Chef career as a Kitchen Team Leader.
* Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs for the hotel.
* Lead during service – organizing the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to specification, from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
* Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, keeping the team trained and records up to date.
* Step up when needed – running shifts and assisting new team members.
