About the RoleAs a Repairs & Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and testing a wide range of electrical systems. You’ll ensure all work ispleted safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations andpany standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and appliances acrossmercial and domestic properties.
2. Producing accurate electrical certification, reports, and operational updates.
3. Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial work to a high standard.
4. Ensuring all workplies with Health & Safety, COSHH, PPE, and internal procedures.
5. Maintainingpany vehicle condition, stock levels, and equipment certification.
6. Identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.
7. Supporting team colleagues and external partners to solve operational challenges.

10. Proactive Health & Safety awareness, including reporting of RIDDOR incidents.

Essential Skills & Experience:
15. Qualified and experienced inmercial and domestic electrical work.
16. Strong knowledge of fixed-wire testing, installations, and maintenance (up to 230v).
17. Ability to interpret technical drawings and data accurately.
18. Confidentpleting electrical certification and followingpliance procedures.
19. Experience working to performance targets in a customer-facing environment.
20. Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively.
21. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
22. Physically able to carry out all required tasks safely.
23. Good understanding of Health & Safety best practice.
24. Demonstrates alignment with Guinness Behaviours.
QualificationsEssential:
25. C&G 236 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
26. 17th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations
Desirable:
27. C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
28. 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations
