We’re currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a reputable construction business based in Bagshot on a part-time, contract basis.
Contract Duration: 6–8 weeks

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support our busy office during a key period. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of daily office operations and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office functions
* Answer and manage incoming phone calls
* Monitor and redirect incoming emails
* Order stationery and office supplies
* Perform general administrative duties as needed
About You:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential
