What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key part in keeping the Purchase Ledger running smoothly, with responsibilities including:
1. Working through the query management system to resolve invoice discrepancies.
2. Reviewing contracts on the system to ensure accurate invoicing.
3. Chasing goods receipting to confirm deliveries.
4. Checking and requesting PODs.
5. Contacting suppliers regarding outstanding credits.
6. Collaborating with service centres to resolve queries efficiently.
7. Providing hands‑on support to the Purchase Ledger team with day‑to‑day issues.
