Job Title: Sage X3 Support Consultant (Team Lead) Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Start date: Flexible Overview We are working with a well-established organisation that is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Support Consultant to lead their ERP support function. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Head of IT to ensure the smooth operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Sage X3 system. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Sage X3 support team * Act as the primary point of contact for Sage X3-related issues and escalations * Provide hands-on functional and technical support across the system * Work closely with the Head of IT to align ERP support with wider business strategy * Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis * Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations * Liaise with third-party vendors and stakeholders where required * Ensure documentation, processes, and support standards are maintained and improved * Deliver user training and support where necessary Key Requirements * Proven experience supporting Sage X3 in a commercial environment * Previous experience leading or mentoring a support team * Strong understanding of ERP systems * Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, and system support * Knowledge of SQL, r...
