You will be actively involved in a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property sales and acquisitions Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant) Development projects Corporate support property matters A small amount of high-value residential conveyancing This role offers a truly diverse caseload, ideal for a solicitor eager to expand their commercial property expertise.
