Mortgage Advisor
Palmer Snell Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Yeovil. The role offers an OTE of £40K.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, offering advice on suitable products and services
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships
Skills and experience required:
* Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
* Excellent customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email)
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
