What you'll be doing
Join us on this mission as a Maintenance Manager within the friendly and supportive Facilities Department, based in Denham Buckinghamshire.
The purpose of the role is to deliver non-production & production maintenance activities as required to ensure that the Martin Baker Sites, Buildings, Grounds and Infrastructures are maintained to a good standard and provide a safe environment for employees and visitors.
Some of the key Aspects of the role will include:
* Managing the day-to-day coordination and direction of the Site Maintenance Team and external Sub-contractors, to complete Maintenance in an efficient and effective manner.
* Engaging and managing external sub-contractors to undertake planned and reactive Maintenance tasks as required and/or assigned for the purpose of ensuring the on-going functionality of MBA Sites and their buildings, equipment and utilities distribution infrastructure
* monitoring and maintaining the fitness for purpose of tools and equipment
* Assist creating technical specifications and statements of work
* Assisting with adherence to all Company and Statutory Health & Safety Requirements and Procedures, to ensure that activities on the site comply with all relevant codes and legislation.
