A leading provider of high-performance material solutions is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their UK team, focusing on their composites division. This company specialises in delivering customised materials—composites, adhesives, coatings, and surface treatments—to the aerospace, defence, and industrial markets. Their mission? As part of a global group, you’ll be instrumental in supporting major UK-based customers, providing technical guidance and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Location:
Ideally based in the Midlands, with national travel to customer sites. This is a home / field based position with autonomy and flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and expanding relationships with key customers in aerospace and industrial sectors
* Providing expert advice on composite materials and recommending bespoke solutions
* Identifying growth opportunities and new business within existing accounts
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
* Staying informed on market developments and feeding insight into the sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
* Background in composites, aerospace, or high-performance materials
* Strong track record in technical sales or key account management
* Excellent communicator, confident in presenting and negotiating
* Self-driven, highly organised, and commercially aware
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
