Role Overview:
As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll work alongside our asset management team to ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across various projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting the analysis, validation, and reporting of asset data, helping to deliver trusted insights that support decision-making and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance & Quality:
• Help review and validate incoming data for completeness and consistency.
• Assist in identifying issues such as duplicates, missing records, or inconsistencies.
• Work with senior team members to maintain and improve data quality standards.
• Support weekly reporting and communicate findings clearly to the wider team.
• Collaborate with surveyors and technical teams to ensure data aligns with project requirements.
• Maintain clear records and documentation of data quality processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
• A degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desirable Skills & Interests:
• A passion for working with data and uncovering meaningful insights.
• Comfortable using Excel and/or other data tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• An understanding of what makes data clean, consistent, and valuable (training will be provided).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team environment.
