An opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen to work for our client, a trusted RICS Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice who specialise in NEC4 project delivery across nuclear, renewables, water, process, and infrastructure sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on client projects, delivering strategic commercial advice and managing contract and commercial matters. Working as part of the project team both on-site and in the office, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved. This role involves regular site visits to actively engage in project delivery, problem-solving, and fostering strong relationships. You’ll play a key role in identifying creative solutions, driving process improvements, and working hands-on with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. About You · Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered). · Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel. · Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability. · Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred. · Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms. · Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. · Ability and willingness to work collaboratively on-site with project teams to deliver success.
