Project Coordinator Location: Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid: Office Home Working) Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) Benefits Package Our client is a growing consultancy business delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to a diverse client base. With a consistent pipeline of active projects and long-term client relationships, they are looking for an exceptionally organised Project Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly. Job Specification Coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes Plan team workloads, set priorities, and manage resource allocation Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners Support quoting, invoicing, and project documentation in collaboration with the commercial team Help respond to new business enquiries and support account development activities Promote the company’s services and values in all external communications Person Specification Strong team player who enjoys supporting others and taking initiative Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Loves keeping things organised Has the confidence to manage projects and delegate tasks when needed Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Can stay calm under pressure while working across multiple projects Additional Information Work in a modern office environment Personal development opportunities Full training and team support 25 days holiday bank holidays Enhanced employer pension contribution Private medical insurance Life assurance £25,000 - £30,000 DOE We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
