Our client, a long-established law firm in Essex, is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their dedicated private client team. Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters and contributing to the firm's ongoing success in delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on simple and complex Wills
* Assist with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
* Handle Probate and estate administration
* Advise on trusts, IHT, and estate planning
* Provide guidance to elderly clients
Requirements
* 3+ years PQE in private client work
* Strong technical and client management skills
* Personable, compassionate, and confident approach
* STEP qualification preferred
