Job Spec
* Provide general administrative support to the office team.
* Collect, record, and manage data accurately.
* Assist in the coordination of staff rotas and schedules.
* Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
* Support compliance by maintaining records and assisting with audits.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, care staff, and clients.
* Support the management team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
Person Spec
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn.
