Responsibilities
* Preparation of outline budget costs
* Preparation of tender documents including Bills of Quantities and Employer’s Requirements
* Cost monitoring and reporting from inception to completion of construction projects ranging from £50 000 to £5 million
* Managing projects and/or multidisciplinary teams
* Preparation of Insurance Reinstatement Valuations
Requirements
* Qualified to MRICS level
* At least 2 years postgraduate experience with a proven and successful track record in private practice
* Knowledge and use of CATO QS Software
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Significant exposure to, and good working relations with private, public and commercial sector clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
