Offer description

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration or project coordination experience who is looking to progress their career in an inclusive organisation, while contributing to work that supports communities across east London and the ongoing legacy of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park As our Inclusive Growth Project Officer, you will be at the heart of the Inclusive Growth Directorate — providing project and coordination support that keeps our programmes running smoothly and to a high standard. You'll be involved in a wide and varied mix of work across employment and skills, innovation, community empowerment, impact measurement, and our inclusive growth assets. From coordinating meetings, arranging events and managing financial administration, to maintaining project documentation, supporting funding proposals and helping to produce reports – no two days are the same. Is it for you? You're a highly organised, detail-driven team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine interest in inclusive growth and social impact. You'll bring experience in a senior administrative or project support role — including organising meetings and events, managing documentation, and supporting financial processes such as purchase orders and budget tracking. You're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you communicate with clarity and professionalism, and you're motivated by contributing to work that makes a real difference for diverse communities. Why join us? At Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, we’re proud to be a values-led, inclusive employer with a mission to create opportunity and transformation in East London. We offer flexible working, excellent benefits, and the chance to make a tangible impact on one of the UK’s most high-profile regeneration programmes.
