The Role: You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH and behavioural challenges. The successful candidate will: * Plan and deliver personalised, accessible learning programmes * Manage challenging behaviour using consistent and positive strategies * Build strong, professional relationships with pupils * Create a structured and safe classroom environment * Work closely with support staff to maintain clear routines and boundaries * Monitor and support pupil progress The Ideal Candidate: * QTS is desirable * Experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour is essential * Strong behaviour management skills * Calm, resilient and able to work under pressure * Available for an immediate start This temporary position would suit a strong classroom practitioner who thrives in structured settings and is confident supporting students who require consistency and clear boundaries.
