Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing high-level support to senior leaders: diary management, travel, meetings, and expenses
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Managing documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups
* Supporting with selective personal tasks and logistics
* Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
* Overseeing HR operations: holiday tracking, employee records, policy compliance
* Supporting office operations, employee welfare, and internal events

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and managing remote workflows
