The Role: Coaching the Next Generation You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring post 16 learners undertaking crucial Electrical Installation qualifications in a high-tech facility. Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical Installation qualifications. Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre. Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Installation & Maintenance. Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Installation. Technical Qualification: A time served Electrical Installation professional that holds a Level 3 (or above) Electrical related qualification. Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
