ofanumberof supported housing units andstaffallocatedtothemincompliancewith the company
processesandprocedures.
SpecificDuties:TheAMwillbespecificallyresponsiblefor:
1. maximisationofServiceUserinterestsbyliaisingwithinternalandexternalstakeholders;
2. development,maintenanceandimplementationofapersoncentredcareplanforeach ServiceUser
3. personaldeliveryofphysicalandmentalcaretoServiceUsers
4. safeguardingtherightsanddignityofeachServiceUser
5. routineassessmentandcommunicationofServiceUserdevelopmenttointerestedstakeholders
6. effectivecontrolofServiceUserfinancialsandhousebudgets
7. fosteringofapositiveenvironmentinwhichServiceUsersandstaffactivelyengage
8. regularconductofopenandtransparenttwo-waycommunicationwithServiceUsersandstaff
