Engineering Manager
Job Role:
You will oversee a range of different systems, executing a roadmap that includes:
1. Client Relationship Management tools
2. Internal client reporting, supporting data driven decision-making across teams and senior leadership.
3. Counterparty and client data integration, including the generation and delivery of both regular and real-time reporting via various mechanisms, including APIs.
4. A client-facing self-service web portal.
5. A suite of compliance tools including trade surveillance and transaction monitoring, legal document repositories, ID verification and sanctions screening.
Required Experience
6. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead within financial services, trading, or similarly complex domains.
7. Experience working within Digital Assets.
8. A demonstrated track record of building and scaling full-stack, distributed systems, or API platforms.
9. Experience designing or integrating with complex systems, with a focus on supporting end-to-end workflows and data reconciliation.
10. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
11. Experience working in a regulated environment and familiarity with security, data protection, and compliance requirements in financial or fintech contexts.
