Are you an experienced Receptionist with a passion for customer service and a professional demeanour? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected law firm and contribute to its ongoing success.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm for receptionists looking for temporary ad-hoc days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
* Handle enquiries confidently in person and over the phone, providing excellent service and directing clients to the appropriate department.
* Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
* Answer phone calls and direct customer queries to the relevant person.
* Multi-site coverage: Provide reception support on an ad-hoc basis across various sites within the Dudley Borough area.
* Use computer systems confidently to handle bookings, maintain records, and manage communications.
Successful candidates will have:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
* Experience in a corporate or legal environment (not essential).
* Strong communication skills to provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.
* Proficiency in using computer systems.
* The ability to represent the law firm professionally and efficiently at all times.
* Flexibility to work ad-hoc days across different sites in Dudley Borough.
Hours of work: Can vary
Pay Rate: £12ph to £12.60ph
