Located Stonehouse near Stroud, this 3-bedded Children’s Home provides a caring, stable, and therapeutic environment where young people can grow, develop, and flourish. We are seeking an Ofsted Registered Children's Manager to continue providing exceptional care and support to the young people in this home. As the Registered Manager you will be leading the team from the front, overseeing the day to day running of a children’s residential home. Experience of Ofsted and Reg 44 inspections is vital, as well as an excellent understanding of the Children’s homes regulations, Quality Standards, The Children’s Act, The Leaving Care Act and so on. Prior experience as a DSL and of Safer Recruitment is preferred.
