What You Will Do Deliver clinical pharmacy services on acute hospital wards, with a focus on medicine, surgery, and orthopaedics. Conduct medicines reconciliation and intervene as needed to ensure patient safety. Review prescriptions and patient histories, making clinical recommendations as appropriate.
