A well known and prestigious UK institution is seeking a Transformation Change Lead to support the delivery of a major finance transformation programme. This multi year initiative will modernise financial systems, processes and data across the organisation, including the implementation of Oracle Fusion as a new core finance platform.
Operating within a complex organisation with a large number of departments and stakeholder groups, the programme will introduce greater financial transparency and more streamlined financial operations across the institution.
Reporting into programme leadership, the role will lead change and engagement activity across the programme and manage a team of Change Managers responsible for communications, engagement and training delivery.
Key areas of responsibility:
Leading change and engagement activity across a large scale finance transformation programme
Driving organisational readiness for the rollout of a new ERP platform and associated finance processes
Managing and developing a team delivering communications, engagement and training across the programme
Working closely with programme leadership, workstream leads and implementation partners
Building engagement with stakeholders across departments and organisational communities
Supporting change impact assessments, readiness planning and adoption activity
Ensuring change management is embedded within programme governance and delivery
Background and Experience:
Experience leading organisational change within large and complex organisations
Experience supporting large scale system implementations or transformation programmes
Strong knowledge of structured change management approaches such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG
Experience engaging senior stakeholders across multiple departments or business areas
Experience leading change teams delivering communications, engagement or training activity
Exposure to ERP or enterprise system implementations such as Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar would be beneficial
This role is offered on a fixed term basis until December 2027, supporting the programme through a critical delivery and adoption phase as the organisation moves from build into testing and implementation.
The role operates on a hybrid basis, with approximately three days per week on site in Cambridge.
