An exciting new job opportunity is now available for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in a brand new nursing home opened in the summer of 2024 in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager and deal with the day-to-day running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
* Alongside the Home Manager, manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.
* Ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support, experiencing life opportunities, and helping to promote growth and independence.
* Be flexible as you may not always be in the office but would be expected to cover the floor or work alongside the nurses.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
* Ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.
* Good clinical skills.
* Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
