Key Responsibilities Process customer orders manually and through the ERP system. Respond to and resolve customer queries via email and phone in a timely manner. Maintain professional and courteous communication with B2B customers. Provide ongoing support to Regional Sales Managers. Offer alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs. Liaise with courier services to ensure order fulfilment. Support new process implementations and improvements. Handle general office administration and other tasks as assigned. Essential: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing or contact role. Experience in a fast-paced office environment within a professional team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Desirable: Familiarity with ERP systems or customer contact management tools. Qualifications No specific qualifications required.
