Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of an inspiring charity based in the heart of Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation during an exciting period of change and development.

- Plymouth City Centre
- 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times within office hours)
- £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
- 3-month temporary contract – with potential to be extended or become permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team
* Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meetings
* Take minutes at key meetings and follow up on actions
* Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
* Support project delivery by managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
* Contribute to data protection audits and IT modernisation projects
* Help streamline governance processes and internal communication
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is essential
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident working closely with senior leaders
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Professional, proactive, and flexible approach
