Job Description
3. Providing administrative support to the sales team
4. Managing current sales processes
5. Managing current accounts
6. Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
7. Maintaining accurate records of sales data
8. Assisting in the creation of sales reports and presentations
9. Communicating with clients to resolve any queries or issues
The Successful Applicant
10. Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
11. Strong sales experience
12. Strong administrative and organisational skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
14. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
15. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of sales software
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
