An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established 28-bed nursing home in Calverley, located between Leeds and Bradford. This beautifully refurbished service offers high-quality facilities including landscaped dementia-friendly gardens, a conservatory garden room and dedicated cinema/TV lounge. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care while driving compliance, team performance and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards and all relevant legislation.
* Oversee day-to-day operational management including admissions, assessments and care planning.
* Drive occupancy, marketing initiatives and overall business performance.
* Maintain oversight of health & safety, audits, estates management and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to undertake).
* Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, compliance frameworks and safeguarding.
* Demonstrable leadership ability with experience motivating and developing teams.
* A genuine passion for delivering safe, effective and high-quality care.
