Candidate Profile
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator (Maternity Cover) you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will play a key role in supporting all areas within the F&B department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation. You will be an excellent team player and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well. You will be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is essential
Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
Immaculate grooming standards.
Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
Good computer skills, competent in using MS Office and great attention to details are essential
Previous experience with Opera and Opentable is desirable but not essential.
