Contract Type - Full Time, 6-month Fix Term Contract, Site-based
About the Role
Join Pilgrim's Europe and play a key role in keeping our production running efficiently. As a Planning Assistant, you'll coordinate workflows, manage resources and ensure production plans meet customer demand in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating production plans and resources to meet shipment commitments
* Communicating with operations, procurement, logistics and commercial teams
* Managing last-minute plan changes and ensuring clear communication across departments
* Updating and issuing daily production plans
* Supporting planning processes to maintain strong customer service levels
* Liaising across teams to ensure plans are achievable within short timeframes (0–48h)
About You
* Strong Excel and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Able to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (desirable)
* Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
