About the Role
As ECT History Teacher, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that build pupils’ historical knowledge and key disciplinary skills. You will be supported to deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
* Strong historical knowledge across a range of periods and themes
* Disciplinary thinking: causation, significance, change and continuity
* Source analysis and interpretation through structured practice
* Confident extended writing through modelling and feedback
* GCSE confidence through deliberate practice and clear routines
