Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* All goods-in and goods-out activities / requirements
* Forklift driving
* Transport booking and controlling
* Stock control (accuracy / rotation)
* Minor re-work of components
* Visual inspection of incoming goods
* Receiving, counting, labelling, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
* Special waste monitoring and waste recycling
* Audit of container deliveries
* Forklift inspection and general maintenance
* General warehouse and yard maintenance
* Use of Sage 200
* Email communications to wider team
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
* Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety based upon safe working practices and support environmental initiatives
* Maintain the H&S standards within the Stores area and ensure others follow PPE rules on entering the area
* Experience of working in a manufacturing facility
* Valid Forklift License
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
* Be able to listen and communicate with senior management, suppliers and employees to a high level
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under frequent changing priorities.
* Computer literacy including Outlook and Sage 200
* Valid UK Driving licence
