Tunbridge Wells Fitness and Wellbeing Gym | Bank Contract | Part-Time
£12.58 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our Tunbridge Wells Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you’re able to provide ongoing training records. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you’re passionate about great customer care – and you’re a real team player.
As a Lifeguard, you will:
* Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
* Be attentive and alert at all times
* Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
* Welcome and support members when using the facilities
* Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
* Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
