Partner – Trade & Commodity Finance | London
A leading international law firm is seeking an exceptional Trade & Commodity Finance Lawyer to join its highly regarded London practice at Partner level.
This is a rare opportunity for an established senior lawyer with a strong market reputation and portable relationships to step into an immediate partnership role within a globally recognised platform.
The practice advises major international banks, commodity traders, funds, export credit agencies and multinational corporates on complex cross-border trade and commodity finance matters across emerging and developed markets.

• Structured trade finance
• Commodity finance
• Receivables finance and borrowing base facilities
• Prepayment and reserve-based lending structures
• Supply chain finance
• Cross-border financings across energy, metals, agriculture and soft commodities
