We’re recruiting a Logistics Co-ordinator to support international and UK shipping operations within a busy, fast-moving environment.
This role suits someone with hands-on logistics experience who enjoys keeping shipments moving, paperwork accurate and costs under control. You’ll be involved in day-to-day freight coordination, export documentation and working closely with internal teams and external carriers.
It's essential to have proven, hands-on experience with post-Brexit international shipments, including creating commercial invoices, managing export declarations, and working with Chamber of Commerce documentation. This experience is essential and non-negotiable for the role.
What you’ll be doing
• Coordinating road, sea and air freight shipments
• Preparing and checking shipping and export documentation
• Supporting customs processes and post-Brexit requirements
• Liaising with freight forwarders and carriers to book and track deliveries
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving issues as they arise
• Supporting returns and reverse logistics where required
• Keeping records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a logistics, shipping or supply chain role
• Basic understanding of export documentation and customs processes
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and logistics systems
• Practical, reliable and detail-focused
