About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic new Team Members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus!
In this exciting role, you’ll work on Mondays and Fridays, ensuring our accommodations are spotless while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your mission? Help our guests create unforgettable memories during their stay by sharing insights about our fantastic offerings and the local area.
We believe in putting the fun back into our guests' holidays! If things don’t go as planned, you’ll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to get everything back on track. You’ll log feedback and follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met. Plus, you’ll play a key role in the check-in experience, meeting guests face-to-face and assisting them with anything they may need.
Live-in accommodation is available for these roles!
