Job Description:
Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to rebuild customer confidence through effective communication, supporting complex cases.
* Identify root causes of dissatisfaction, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
* Provide knowledge support to DSD teams.
* Handle customer escalations confidently, manage objections, and take ownership to resolve issues. Identify and escalate process issues, offering suggestions for resolutions.
Owning ‘new’ customers as a nursery function for 3 months:
* Conduct quality checks for build/tariff/billing.
* Perform proactive review calls with new customers post-delivery to understand needs, provide training, address snagging, and set up billing.
* Transition customers into wider DSD teams after the nursery phase.
* Monitor for fraudulent activity and raise security incidents if necessary.
* Review Daisy Security Policies regularly to ensure compliance.
* If managing staff, ensure team awareness of security responsibilities and policy access.
* Carry out ad hoc assignments as required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and legislation.
Qualifications
* Problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Experience in creating and managing working documents and issue logs.
* Good knowledge of Daisy products and internal network, including third-party suppliers.
* Ownership of issues until resolution.
* Decision-making abilities.
* Ability to prioritize and work independently.
* Data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Proactive attitude and flexibility.
