Key responsibilities
1. To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
2. To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
3. To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
4. To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
5. To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
6. Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
7. Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
8. Provide feedback and coaching on performance
9. To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
