Job Introduction
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Colchester. Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
2. Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials
3. Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes
4. Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture

5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
6. Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
7. Motivation to hit targets and deliver results
8. A flexible, team-oriented mindset
9. IT literacy (CRM, Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus)
