Key Responsibilities: Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations. Working closely with the wider team to support bids and secure contracts. Monitoring costs to ensure projects remain within budget. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an Estimator role, ideally within joinery, construction, or manufacturing. Strong understanding of materials, labour costs, and subcontractor processes.
