The Revenue Growth Analyst plays a key supporting role within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function at Yoplait. Reporting to the Revenue Growth & Strategy Manager, the position provides analytical, data-driven insight and operational support to help optimise pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and channel performance.
This is an excellent entry point into RGM for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual who wants to build a career in FMCG commercial strategy. The role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance teams, while providing the Revenue Growth & Strategy Manager with the insight and analysis needed to drive profitable growth across Yoplait’s UK portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Management (RGM):
1. Provide analytical support on pricing, pack architecture, promotions, and customer investment.
2. Monitor category, customer, and competitor data to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
3. Deliver monthly revenue performance dashboards and reporting, highlighting key drivers of growth and profitability.
4. Support the execution of RGM initiatives within Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and customer reviews.
5. Contribute to channel-specific analysis (., Discounters, Convenience, eCommerce, Wholesale) to inform strategic choices
Commercial Support:
6. Assist in building compelling commercial presentations and business cases for internal and customer use.
7. Provide data and insight to support innovation launches and portfolio optimisation.
8. Work with Finance to track promotional ROI and ensure investment decisions are aligned to growth objectives.
9. Support the Manager in identifying portfolio gaps, white space opportunities and pricing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
10. Partner with Category and Marketing teams to bring shopper and consumer insight into RGM recommendations.
11. Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs and implications of commercial decisions.
12. Provide ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support business planning cycles.
Position Criteria
13. Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
14. Previous experience in FMCG, retail or a commercial/analytical role desirable (placement year, internship or 1–2 years’ experience).
15. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate into actionable insights.
16. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets; experience with Power BI or similar tools advantageous.
17. Experience working with market data (eg. Nielsen)
18. Strong communication and presentation skills.
19. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
20. Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in building a career in FMCG commercial strategy.
